HSEQ.

Our first and most important priority is safety. We target the constant goal of zero workplace accidents or injuries through an active employee awareness program.

We document safety procedures systematically for each project. The infrastructure projects on which CT Civil works can have major impacts on the local environment, wider ecosystems and cultural land. We ensure our part of each project accords with the highest environmental and cultural awareness standards.

CT Civil is currently having its systems accredited to the following standards:

  • Environmental Management Systems ISO 4004:2015;

  • Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems AS/NZS 4801:2001;

  • Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015

Health & Safety - AS/NZS 4801

Creating a culture that insists that all accidents are preventable and exceptional safety performance is a keystone of any successful project is the essence of CT Civil’s Work Health and Safety philosophy. We’re proud of our record of safety in the workplace – a record that could not have been achieved without a workforce that believes and practices its own safety values.

Environment - AS/NZS 14001

CT Civil is committed to environmental best practice across the company’s operations and has an outstanding track record of environmental performance on all projects. Our Environment Management System provides a framework for managing environmental responsibilities so they are efficient and integrated into overall business operations.

Quality - certified to AS/NZS 9001

Our Quality Management System provides the necessary guidance for our team to successfully and consistently deliver outcomes which fulfill client’s requirements. Embedded within the system is the principle of continuous improvement enabling CT Civil to actively create value for all stakeholders through good practice systems and processes.

Environmental Operations
We pride ourselves on the small footprint of our drilling rigs, which enable our team to work in congested locations with ease, and to install products with minimal site disruption.  All CT Civil plant and equipment is fully site compliant and is regularly serviced to ensure maximum reliability and availability. As part of CT Civil’s commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and fostering environmentally sustainable practices across our organisation, we utilise drill mud recycling systems to reuse water and mud by-products from the drilling process.

Continually adding to our key capabilities, we have earned a reputation for superior performance, experience and knowledge gained through successes and challenges.
